Booking Legitimacy

As per the dates displayed on the final confirmation voucher and printout, confirmed booking is applicable.

Payment To Sydney Airport Shuttle

Full payment is required to make a reservation and final booking confirmation. Clients who book through the internet or through travel agency are the only available users for these rates. Rates are inclusive of all service charges and Australian taxes and specifically in Australian dollars. All delays will incur a surcharge.

Changes and Modifications

Specified and confirmed in your booking only is this transfer to and from airport/port and your destination. Changes are accepted no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Sydney Airport Shuttle must be notified for all requests for modifications. Implementing the request will be the Sydney Airport Shuttle bookings department on +61 2 9666 9988.

Passenger Name

The correct name of the passenger should be given to Sydney Airport Shuttle at the time of the booking to confirm validity and avoid confusion.

Cancellation Charges

Termination of a confirmed and paid booking greater than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled time, will result in 20% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking price will be result as a consequence of the termination of a confirmed and paid booking fewer than 24 hours previous to your pickup booking scheduled time.

Prices

Without notice, prices and quotations are subject to change until a booking has been made and confirmed.

Luggage

Please note, due to space limitations, each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage, if more room required please contact us via email info@airbussydney.com.au or phone +61 2 9666 9988 before making a booking.

Delay Surcharge

30 minutes waiting time from Sydney Airport Shuttle is the maximum that will be allowed from the scheduled pickup time free of charge. However, after which a charge of $20 per 30 minute period will be enforced. This fee needs to be paid to our driver upon boarding the vehicle. A receipt for this charge can be issued on request.

Sydney Airport Shuttle should be notified by Passenger of any expected delays. Including 30 minutes free of charge, Sydney Airport Shuttle will only allow up to a maximum of 45 minutes waiting period after the scheduled pickup time specified in your voucher.

Sydney Airport Shuttle refuses and has no responsibility to monitor any arrival schedule times or flight departures.

Delays caused by passengers and airlines will not be the responsibility or liability of Sydney Airport Shuttle. If you do not meet your driver or call us within the pickup scheduled time as specified in your booking voucher, it will be recorded as a ‘no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the booking reservation.

Booking Arrangments

In all booking arrangements, the agent or person (credit card holder) making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted and acknowledged the booking conditions on behalf of the passenger named (if different from card holder) in the booking.

Sydney Airport Shuttle Responsibility

All clients and passengers must acknowledge by their acceptance, that Sydney Airport Shuttle, its agents and suppliers, in organising arrangements for transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual passengers shall not be liable for loss, accident, injury, damage, delay or indiscretion, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services incorporated in this transfer.

The terms and conditions specified by Sydney Airport Shuttle, its agents and suppliers are what all transfer vouchers are issued subject to.

Sydney Airport Shuttle shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays caused by airline or ship operators, passengers missing flight/ship or flight/ship time changes.

Sickness, pilferage, labor disagreements, machinery fail, government restrains and policies, weather conditions, acts of war, violence and terrorism, default in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes ahead of their control, Sydney Airport Shuttle, its agents and suppliers recognize no responsibility.

Sydney Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse to accept or retain any passenger at any time for any reason including, without limitation, insufficient number of participants and to cancel, modify or substitute any service.

The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay that occurs which is beyond our control however every effort would be made by the company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time specified in the booking voucher.
